What is ADHD Coaching?
FAQs and Pricing
In my coaching, we work as thinking partners. Together we explore the parts of life that can make you feel stuck or overwhelmed and, at the same time, uncover the strengths and qualities that make you uniquely you. Many of my clients come to me saying they want to understand themselves better, and i give them the space to do exactly that.
Looking at life through a neurodivergent lens, we explore what you might want more of and what you might want less of. Sometimes that means noticing patterns that hold you back, other times it’s about finding ways to bring out your natural motivation and creativity. Unlike therapy, our focus is mostly on the present and future. We may reflect on what has worked well for you in the past, but only as a way of building tools that fit the life you’re living now.
As an ICF qualified coach, I keep up to date with research, invest in continual professional development, and train with ICF-accredited mentors. This means I can offer you both professional standards and a coaching space that’s genuinely supportive.
The key point is this: ADHD coaching helps you develop strategies that play to your strengths. That might mean understanding where you get your dopamine from, or creating systems that feel natural instead of forced.
If you’re looking for someone who understands the ups and downs of living with ADHD (and other ND experiences), I offer practical and compassionate support, and I’d be honoured to be your coach.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What do you like most about being a coach?
I feel very grateful that I get to be the person I needed when I was younger: someone who understands neurodivergence, RSD, self-esteem struggles, imposter syndrome, and the things that can feel invisible to others. ADHD coaching allows me to create a supportive, non-judgemental space and it’s deeply fulfilling to see clients grow into a stronger sense of themselves.
2. What if I feel like I’ll always need a coach?
A big part of my job is to help you not need me in the long term. ADHD coaching is about building independence. You’ll leave with strategies and self-awareness you can keep using long after our sessions end. My goal is for you to feel confident carrying those skills into your daily life.
3. What if I’ve tried lots of strategies before and they haven’t worked?
That’s one of the most common concerns people bring. The truth is, most “off the shelf” strategies aren’t designed with ND brains in mind. Coaching is different: we experiment together to find what actually works for you. If something doesn’t click, it isn’t failure, t’s feedback. We adjust, adapt, and build approaches that genuinely fit your life.
4. Can ADHD coaching help if I also have autism, dyslexia, or anxiety etc?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are AuDHD or have co-occurring conditions such as dyslexia or anxiety. ADHD coaching is flexible; it adapts to your unique needs, sensory preferences, and pace. We’ll focus on what supports you best, whether that’s creating structure, managing overwhelm, or building confidence in spaces that can feel challenging.
5. I’m worried I won’t follow through - can ADHD coaching still help me?
Yes, in fact, this is one of the areas where ADHD coaching makes the biggest difference. Many neurodivergent people know what they want to do but struggle with follow-through. In coaching, we break things down into steps that feel manageable, create accountability that’s supportive (not pressuring), and celebrate progress along the way. What's important is momentum that’s realistic and sustainable, not perfection.
6. What inspires your approach to coaching?
My approach is shaped by three things: my training, my lived experience, and my values. I’ve trained as an ADHD coach and studied neurodiversity in depth, grounding my practice in professional standards. I also bring my own lived experience of neurodivergence, which gives me empathy for the day-to-day challenges my clients face. And underpinning it all are my values: compassion, authenticity, and respect for difference.
