What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a government-funded program that offers practical and fully funded support to help neurodivergent people, to manage and succeed in their jobs and have a better quality of life. The support provided through Access to Work can cover:​​

How to Apply for Funding
Applying for Access to Work funding involves a few key steps:​​

​Assess Your Eligibility: You must be a UK resident, have diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, and be in, or about to start, employment. The scheme also supports self-employed individuals

Speak to Your Employer: Inform your employer about your condition and your intention to apply for Access to Work funding. They need to be aware of the support you are seeking and may be involved in the application process

Complete the Application: You will need to complete an Access to Work application form, which you can obtain online through the government’s website or by contacting the Access to Work helpline

Assessment: Once your application is received, an Access to Work advisor will assess your needs and discuss the appropriate support with you and your employer.
